About

A boutique advisory firm built for the AI era.

MXP exists to help enterprises move from AI experiments to secure, governed, enterprise-grade AI operations — across strategy, architecture, identity, data, agents, and governance.

What we are

Senior operators, not generalists.

MXP is built by people who have run technology, security, and AI programs at scale — not consultants writing about them. The practice is deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately focused.

Our roots are in deep technology and Silicon Valley operating experience. That background is now turned toward the most important shift in enterprise technology: scaling advanced AI securely into real business operations.

We work directly with executive sponsors. There is no substitution layer of junior staff between the people you talk to and the people doing the work.

How we operate

Direct, senior, accountable.

01

Boutique by design

Senior advisors only. No layered staffing. Each engagement is led by the people who will actually deliver it.

02

Outcomes, not retainers

Engagements are scoped to a real decision — assessment, architecture, or embedded program leadership — and end when that decision is in motion.

03

Vendor- and model-pragmatic

We are not a reseller and not a model partisan. The objective is your enterprise's outcome, not anyone's tech bet.

Who we work with

Boards. Executive teams. Operating leaders.

MXP works with CEOs, CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, COOs, boards, private equity operators, enterprise architects, security leaders, and digital transformation teams. Industries include financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and regulated enterprise environments.

The common thread is responsibility. Our clients are accountable for what AI does inside their enterprise — to customers, regulators, employees, and the board. We help them be in a position to answer for it.

Where we came from

Deep technology. Real operating experience.

MXP began as a technology and Silicon Valley advisory practice, working with founders and operators on scaling, go-to-market, and technology strategy. That credibility — and that operating instinct — has been preserved.

What has changed is the category. The most important problem for serious enterprises right now is not how to start with AI. It is how to scale AI securely into the way the business actually runs. That is the firm we have become.
